Refund policy
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges UNLESS we deem necessary. If customers cancel a processing fee will be deducted from return because we are charged a processing fee. If deemed necessary ( meaning our mistake) customers will have 15 days after delivery to return items in their original condition, but some items are NOT eligible for returns such as customs. Customers are to email Baileymomentsco immediately of any issues. Baileymomentsco is not responsible for return shipping fees UNLESS we deem necessary.

To protect our customers and our business, every order placed through our store is automatically screened by our payment processor for signs of potential fraud. This process helps prevent unauthorized purchases, chargebacks, and misuse of payment information.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is flagged as high-risk.
An order may be canceled if it includes any of the following indicators:
- The billing address does not match the cardholder’s verified address
- The ZIP code does not match the cardholder’s verified ZIP
- The order was placed using a high-risk or proxy/VPN connection
- The IP address used to place the order is far from the shipping address
- The card’s CVV information cannot be verified
- The order matches patterns of previously fraudulent activity
- The customer cannot be reached for verification
- The phone number or email address cannot be validated
If your order is flagged, we may contact you for verification before fulfillment. Verification may include confirming your billing address, replying from the phone number used at checkout, or providing proof of card ownership (with sensitive information covered).
If we do not receive a response—or if the order cannot be verified—your order will be automatically canceled and fully refunded.
This policy is in place to protect both you and our business from fraudulent activity. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
